Coaching to
Find the strategies that work for your brain
Fine tune the strategies you already use
Manage specific tasks or situations more effectively
Understand what works specifically for you and why – and how you can tweak things when they stop working so well
Knowing how to manage specific situations or tasks will increase your resilience and confidence AND free up a bunch of mental bandwidth.
And the good news is, you don’t have to figure this out all by yourself. I offer my expertise of course, but you know you best, and you already have a number of ways you manage your ADHD in different situations. So together we’ll explore what you could do more of, or more effectively, and where it’s time to try something different altogether.
It is useful if you’ve just found out you have ADHD or if you’ve known forever but could do with a strategy update, for instance because you made a career move. Or because you would just like some more bandwidth.
Coaching will allow you to explore options, will give you practical strategies to try out between sessions and accountability to help you remain focused on your goals.

“Judith is always exactly what you need. In my case she took a pretty direct approach - she didn’t beat around the bush and called things as they were. She wasn’t particularly concerned about making me feel good - she was concerned about helping me move forward. Having said that, she is warm, analytical and has a lot of empathy, a pure view on life and a great sense of humour. I still had to do the work myself, but not alone.” Dorothee Loorbach, Author, Speaker, Poet
