Planning for a change
If this sounds like where you are, I can help:
You are about to do something different. Maybe it’s a new job, a new career, or a move. Maybe you are becoming a parent. Maybe life has thrown a spanner in the works (Illness? Lost your job? Won the lottery?). You also have ADHD so, well, planning for change doesn’t really fit with your particular type of brain. But… you’re reading this now and if you are thinking:
- this is a pattern that repeats – I embark on something new and a little way in I wish I’d made a plan. But the next time the same thing happens
- I’ve got quite a few things pretty well sorted and I know this new thing is going to throw me off my game so I probably should make a plan
Quick! Book a free 30 minutes and I will be (part of) your external executive functioning, like an external harddrive, while you do this change-thing. I also promise to help you think through whether coaching is actually what you want/need before you have to commit to anything you have to pay for.
So you can just act on this impulse now, I promise.
